When reporting a technical issue, please include: your client ID, the device and browser you're using, steps to reproduce the issue, screenshots if possible, and the exact time the issue occurred. This information helps our technical team resolve the issue faster.

How can I escalate a complaint if I'm not satisfied with the resolution?
